Prices are in EUR per apartment and inclusive
of all services.
Non-smoking rooms: All of our apartments are strictly non-smoking!
W-LAN (WI-FI, wireless LAN) is available free of charge. Please
bring your own computer.
Standard Check-in: From 2 pm until 9 pm.
IMPORTANT: Should your arrival be outside the standard check-in
hours, please inform us in time. (24-hours call centre: Tel: +43
1 877 3262).

Payment and Cancellation
Deposit: To secure your apartment and confirm your booking, please let us know your credit card details or remit a downpayment of 25% to our account indicated below. The remaining 75% of the fee are due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment is possible via bank transfer or via credit card.Payment:

Cancellation policy:
Up to 5 days prior to your arrival (6 pm) we do not charge any cancellation fee.
If you cancel your booking 4 days prior to your arrival or later, if you don’t show up (no show) or after arrival we charge 2 nights cancellation fee.
