The next tube station is underground line U3 "Zippererstraße". You can easily walk there in approx. 5 min. The next tram line towards the city centre (Nr. 71 "Molitorgasse") is even closer and lies in the same direction.

Is the hotel's location quiet?

The location of our hotel is quiet, yet central with an excellent public transport link. Schneidergasse is a quiet small road and the thick walls typical for a Viennese art-deco building help to provide a unique ambience with little outside noise.

Can I park close to the hotel?

Parking in the area surrounding our hotel is, as in the 11th district in general, for free.

At main streets and shopping streets parking might be restricted - short term parking zones are marked with a blue line and/or a sign. There is free public parking available on the street in the local area around the hotel. Short stay parking tickets are available at most tobacconists, at some banks and at public transport ticket counters and must be filled in and placed visibly behind the front windshield. Half an hour costs € 0,60. One hour costs € 1,20 and 1 1/2 hours cost €1,80.

How do I get to ActiLingua Academy?

Take the tram line 71 (towards „Molitorgasse“) until you reach „Rennweg“. From there it is only a few steps until you reach the ActiLingua Academy. It will take you about 10-15 minutes.

2. Arrival / Transfer

Arrival and Transfer to/from Airport and train station ?

TRANSFER SERVICE:
We are happy to organise transfer to or from the airport or train station for a small surcharge. (For prices please see pricelist)

SELF-ORGANISED TRAVEL:
Our hotel is easily reached by public transport.

From Vienna International Airport (Schwechat):

• Airport-Transfer: Go to Airport-Driver.at or call +43-1-22822. Transfer can be booked online and is ususally cheaper than taking a normal taxi or than booking airport transfer directly at the airport. We are happy to organize the transfer for you, too.
  
• CAT - City Airport Train leads from Airport Schwechat to "Wien Mitte" and by Underground U3 to station "Zipperergasse". From there 5 minutes walking distance.

From the Westbahnhof / Train Station West:
For those arriving at the Westbahnhof, we suggest taking the U3 underground line towards Simmering. Get off at station "Zippererstraße".

From the Südbahnhof / Train Station South:
For those arriving at the Südbahnhof, we suggest taking the 18 tram line towards "Schlachthausgasse". Get off at station "Sankt Marx" and change to the 71 tram line towards "Kaiserebersdorf". Get off at station "Molitorgasse".

From "Wien Mitte"
From train station "Wien Mitte", we suggest taking the U3 underground line towards Simmering. Get off at station "Zippererstraße".

Apartment types and rates

We offer single, double, 3-bed and 4-5-bed apartments. As a result of high quality renovation work the building offers 18 spacious, comfortable apartments with kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as radio, cable-TV, free wireless LAN and telephone. All rooms are decorated in friendly colours and have contemporary furnishings. All apartments are strictly non-smoking.

What is included in the price? Are taxes included in the price?

The price includes accommodation in bright, friendly, modern, non-smoking rooms featuring a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, radio, cable TV and free wireless LAN internet access. Rooms are cleaned daily from Monday to Friday. Linen and towels are provided.
The price includes all taxes.

Transfer service and breakfast are available at a small surcharge.

Are all apartments non-smoking?

All our apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Is air condition or are fans available?

The ActiLingua-Apartment-Hotel is a spacious art-deco building with thick walls and an excellent ambience in summer and winter. Fans are available in each apartment.

When have you renovated? How old is the building?

We have renovated and newly furnished the building on acquisition in 2006. All apartments are modern, bright, friendly and comfortable.

Our hotel is an art-deco building typical for Vienna and was built in 1914 as apartment building.

WC/toilet/shower/bath directly in the apartment?

All apartments feature their own shower and toilet.

Cost of children?

Babies and children aged 0-6 years can stay in an additional bed free of charge.
For children aged 7 to 12 years we offer accommodation in a regular bed for a small surcharge.

Can you organize babysitting services?

We are sorry, but we cannot organize babysitting services.

Are laundry services available at the hotel?

We are happy to do your laundry!

Our prices: Laundry: € 8,-/load of 5kg, Ironing: € 12,-/hour.
You can also do your washing yourself at a public laundry nearby or trust a dry cleaning service.
